The MONITORING Programme for BARS-T Machine

MONITORING programme is designated for analyzing the data collected during the operation of OPTIMA programme (optimization system).

THE MONITORING PROGRAM IS A HARDWARE–SOFTWARE SYSTEM FUNCTIONING ON THE BASIS OF OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM AND COLLECTING FULL DATA ON MACHINE OPERATION.

MONITORING PROGRAMME

• Displays the data on machine operation with the help of tables, diagrams and reports (Microsoft Excel).
• May be used for controlling the stock of finished product.
• Tracks the percentage of the volume of lumber of different dimensions, tracks the whole specification, tracks certain items or groups of items.
• Analyzes the suitability of the raw material for the specification.
• Records all the movements of circular saw blades and the calculation of the cross-section of the lumber.
• Helps evaluate the work of different operators.
• Provides 100% automatic recordkeeping of lumber and 100% automatic monitoring of machine operation and personnel performance.
