BARS T crosscut machine is designated for automatic, high-precision crosscutting of workpieces into specified lengths and cutting defects out.
Lumber defects are marked with a fluorescent marker.
A specially developed program optimizes the cutting chart after the workpiece is scanned. The machine can be used separately or in production lines.

Suitable for any type of woodworking factory for the production of moldings, edge-glued panel, window beam, door units, or crosscutting lumber.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
BARS-T is equipped with a computer with a special optimization program installed.
The operator can easily and quickly enter the data into the optimization program thanks to a user-friendly interface.
Crosscutting is performed by a moving saw that is raised from under the table to above the table.
The board is held in place automatically by the upper retainer before the saw is raised.
The workpieces are fed into the scanning zone manually.
Machine lockout system ensures the operating safety.
Two workpieces can be processed by the machine at the same time. After one workpiece is cross-cut the second workpiece is scanned at the reverse movement of the carriage.
BARS-T can be equipped with lumber sorter (option).
